For example: Miller_REU_Site_Application. Can be in PDF and/or Word format.
Please note that if you are using the Fillable Word Application you do not need to complete the Online Application. Personal Statement, resume, academic transcript(s), the Online Survey, and Project Selection Survey are all incorporated in the Fillable Word Application.
